We accept all major International credit cards through Reepay.
VISA / Delta / Visa Electron, MasterCard / EuroCard, debit cards with Visa or Mastercard Logos

All of our orders are processed through Reepay, a 100% secure online payment system. Reepay encrypts your payment information using the SSL protocol with an encryption key length of 128 bits – the highest level of security for e-commerce. The payment is processed at time of purchase.


All shipments will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop.

Delivery Times:
Denmark: 1-4 business days
Norden: 3-5 business days
Europe: 3-7 business days
Overseas: 7-10 business days


When shopping from within the EU, all displayed prices include VAT. When shopping from outside the EU, the prices displayed are excluding VAT. All products are sent to you from Ebeltoft, Denmark, so if you are shopping from outside the EU, please note that local VAT and custom fees may apply. Prices will include delivery charges in Denmark only. All orders that ships outside Denmark will have delivery charges added in checkout. Cols & Bistros retains the right to change prices at any time.

If any damage to your parcel/package when receiving it, this MUST be noted on the delivery note (where you sign for your package). Please document all damages, including the outside packaging and include them in an email to us. Without images of both product and packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund or replace your product.

Please contact us before returning any items.
Any returns must be made no later than 14 days from the time of receiving the products, in accordance with EU regulations.
Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging.

Returned goods should be protected in a box. No tape is to be attached to the product. The cost of returning the item is to be paid by the buyer.
When return goods are received in accordance to the above criteria, we will refund the value of your order. Refunds of amounts will take up to 10 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns which are damaged or do not comply with the above listed criteria.

Please quote your order number on all correspondence.

Please note: Our shipping partners will attempt several deliveries, but if your order is returned to us through no fault of our own, you will be responsible for the extra delivery charge to cover the second delivery attempt, before we can send your order back out to you.
If you refuse to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to us. If you wish a refund, you will still need to notify us. In this case, shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.

When confirming your purchase you are entering into a binding agreement for your purchase. If you wish to change or cancel your order you must contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it for you. Shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.

Unfortunately, we do not approve discount codes on already discounted products.

Cols & Bistros understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. Cols & Bistros will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless it is necessary to implement a transaction. Cols & Bistros will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission
